What Drives Us?

Pascha Brunello is a purveyor of finest quality clothing and accessories. Specialising in pashmina, cashmere and merino wool, we craft our products from the finest quality yarn and raw materials. We eschew synthetic fibres and yarns, and seek to create an aesthetic that flows in harmony with nature.  We are deeply devoted to artisanry and technique, and treasure the heritage and provenance of our product. Our philosophy marries time-honoured techniques and traditions with a modern, global aesthetic. 

We are assiduous in our pursuit of provenance and technique, as we believe that these are the cornerstones upon which great design must be created. And that perhaps best explains our pursuit of fibre, fabric and manufacturing sourced from the very best, irrespective of geography, cost, and logistics. 

Who Are We?

Pascha Brunello was founded in 2017, and is headquartered in New York City. It is a passion project of Prashanth Nandavanam, whose day job keeps him engaged in the world of Capital Markets and Banking. An avid technologist, dog lover, and believer in the Oxford Comma, Prashanth has had the good fortune of being able to work, and in some cases live, in fashion centres such as New York, London, Paris, and Milan.

So, What's in a Name?

The name Pascha Brunello was coined aboard a sailboat in the Tyrrhenian Sea on a hot summer afternoon. An avid sailor (and shockingly poor swimmer), Prashanth is well-known in his circle of friends for his love of Brunello. Given his penchant for dressing in white linen in the summers, he earned the nickname "Pascha".  In the midst of cruising around the Aeolian Islands, a dear friend's Eureka moment birthed the name "Pascha Brunello"! The rest is history.
